We are a residential facility that provides 24-hour medical care and rehabilitation services for individuals who require a higher level of care than what can be provided at home or in an assisted living facility. At Riverview Post Acute we believe that patients come first so we want to treat each patient as if they are the only one.

Riverview Post Acute is located in the charming riverside town of Ashland City, nestled along the Cumberland River. Located just 30 miles northwest of Nashville and 40 miles southeast of Clarksville via Tennessee State Route 12, Ashland City offers small-town living with easy access to the state’s major urban centers.

Established in 1856, Ashland City is the proud county seat of Cheatham County.
